Terms And Conditions:


LEASING:
Leasing is $50-$150. The leasing period for each beat lasts 1 year. During that year, you have the option to pay the remaining balance to obtain Exclusive Rights. You may use the track(s) on anything you would like including album, demo, mixtape, radio, TV, film, etc. Also, you keep any and all profits made from the track during that 1 year. No one else will have access to the beat during the duration of the leasing period. You will receive a very high quality mixed Mp3.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:
Exclusive Rights are $250. You obtain all rights to the track FOREVER. You keep all profits that come from the track(s) FOREVER. You will also be sent the WAV files tracked out for the best possible mix. Paperwork will be sent and signed by both parties.

HOW TO BUY A BEAT:

Simply check the box next to ‘Leasing’ or ‘Exclusive Rights’ and click the BUY NOW button at the bottom right corner of the mp3 player. You will be taken to a PayPal checkout page. You can purchase with your PayPal, eCheck, or Credit/Debit Card. A download link will be sent to your email instantly to the beat(s) you purchased. Just in case, we will also manually send you the beat(s) immediately as well. If for any reason you do not receive a download link or the mp3 from our staff in your email, please check your Spam folder first. If you still do not receive it, please send me an email at prettymajormusic@gmail.com and I will get the beat to you ASAP!

(For Exclusive Rights, WAV files will be tracked out and uploaded separately from mp3. Please allow 8 hours for uploading. We will then email you the download link to the WAV files.)
PLEASE send me back the final mixes to anything that you use my beats for. If its a hit, we will contact you and begin to discuss the paperwork process. Any questions or concerns can be sent via the EMAIL page and will be replied to immediately. Please do NOT send emails inquiring about how to send any demos, mixtapes, singles, etc. unless we produced the song(s).
